Winter... the magic of snow...

From the 948 m above sea level in Vipiteno to the 2,176 m in Monte Cavallo the main attraction in winter is snow, always abundant in our beautiful Valle Isarco.
You may go shopping in the picturesque historical centre or in the characteristic Christmas market of this small provincial capital and enjoy lots of skiing fun on the sunny terrace of Monte Cavallo: cross country track, downhill slopes, sledge slopes, and snowshoe hiking trails. For cross country skiing enthusiasts, we suggest a day trip to the nearby Ridanna valley where it is possible to practise this sport even by night.
Furthermore, in the vicinity it is also possible to visit other picturesque centres and locations such as Racines and Ladurnes.
