The gastronomic tradition of South Tyrol is rich and tasty: it ranges from traditional farming dishes to the most refined cuisine for true connoisseurs, all accompanied by excellent quality wines, delicate and aromatic. You will be taken by our chef to explore our territory without having to get out of your seats! Ancient and full-bodied tastes, delicate and refined mixes... pleasant for the eye and the palate. Everyday, from 19.00 to 20.30, the restaurant will offer you à la carte menus with a detailed list of South Tyrol and national wines.

The rich and varied buffet breakfast will be served from 7.30 to 10.30, while lunch for our guests will start at 12.00 and close at 14.00.
